You are responsible for ensuring that any script, novel, article, file, URL, prompt, character setting, reference text, or other material you submit is owned by you, licensed to you, in the public domain, or otherwise lawfully usable by you. Do not upload or submit third-party protected works unless you have the right to do so.
AI-generated or AI-assisted output is provided for creative assistance only. We do not guarantee that output is original, unique, copyright-safe, trademark-safe, factually accurate, commercially usable, or accepted by any platform. Human rewriting, rights clearance, similarity review, and legal review are required before commercial publication or production.
The Services are designed to support lawful rewriting, localization, diagnosis, and production planning. They must not be used to copy protected works, evade review systems, remove attribution, impersonate creators, or create confusingly similar derivative works without authorization.
Different platforms, studios, distributors, advertisers, and app stores may apply their own rules for originality, AI disclosure, adapted works, sensitive content, and monetization. You are responsible for checking and complying with those rules.
If you believe content available through our Services infringes your rights, please provide the rights holder identity, the location of the content, proof of rights, the basis for the complaint, contact information, and a good-faith statement that the notice is accurate. We may request additional information, restrict access, remove content, or suspend accounts after review.
